This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with a heated pool is located right in the heart of Rotonda. With a split floor plan, there is a king bed, tv and ensuite bath in the master. The other bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds. The shared bath has an entrance from the pool area.

WIFI is included with all the comforts of home. BBQ on the spacious lanai overlooking a greenbelt.

Optional electric pool heat $100 per week.
