The private studio is new with all of the amenities one will need to travel comfortably. The prime foothill location provides a safe and quiet neighborhood conducive for leisure walks or exercise. We are pleased to host your next stay and provide you a safe and quality accommodation at a great value.

Guests have access to the backyard which is a shared common space.

We give our guests their space and privacy! We do not interact with our guests unless they reach out to us first. We are always available to answer messages from guests and prefer to do so within the Air B&B platform.

The neighborhood is clean and family-friendly. This north Monrovia neighborhood is within walking distance to local hiking trails, Starbucks, CVS, and downtown Myrtle.
