Summer – Enjoy the lake to the fullest with boating, swimming, and fishing right from the private dock (must have a license to fish, see details below).

Fall – Take in the gorgeous fall foliage, ride the nearby Creeper Trail, relax in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit and roast some smores!

Winter – Cozy up with hot cocoa by the stone fireplace, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy quality time with loved ones.

Spring – Explore the lake, hike or bike the trails, and watch the landscape come alive again.

This beautifully crafted 6-bedroom + bunk room, 4-bathroom lodge offers plenty of space for families and groups. Nestled in the heart of the Holston Mountains, the home features rustic charm and modern amenities:

A notable heads up- we do personally access our boats at the dock from time to time. Don’t worry, we don’t disturb anyone at the house or come up that way, and always try to send a courtesy text when planning on coming out to get our boat.
