Beautiful and Peaceful Stay

This property is massive and easily accommodated our large group. The multiple kitchens and private bathrooms have everyone a sense of privacy and helped a ton. It’s a beautiful space! The bus in the town wasn’t running at the time that we were there so it did cause a bit of hassle but nothing that couldn’t be managed.

Perfect house for Garmisch Stay!

The house was beautifully decorated and had a perfect location for our Garmisch vacation. We had a group of 13 people (3 different families) coming together to enjoy a vacation together, and it was plenty big enough for our group. The owner was accommodating, and very responsive throughout the entire process. The beds were sizable, kitchen offered all items needed for cooking for days, the views were amazing with the house perched on the hillside, and many memories were made sitting around the table in these large rooms. There is a restaurant less than half a mile down the hill that accommodates German, English, and Spanish speaking tourists. The neighbors are friendly, and it is a perfect location to see the surrounding areas. Neuschwanstein, Linderhoff Palace, alpine coaster, and Oberammergau are all 20 minutes away by car. The cleanliness and organized areas were helpful to get around, and we easily settled in! Michaela was a great host and we would book this again when staying in the area.

Silvester in Bad Kohlgrub

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel 2024/2025 hier verbracht. Gesamt 13 Personen (11 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Alle acht Schlafzimmer wurden belegt. Es ist wirklich toll, dass fast alle Zimmer ein eigenes Bad haben. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Parkplätze sind für bis zu acht Autos vorhanden. Es war alles sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu Michaela vor und während dem Aufenthalt war sehr gut und immer herzlich. Nur zu empfehlen :-). Sollten wir mal wieder in der Ecke Urlaub machen, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Großes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende mit unseren Freunden bei Michaela. Die Lage und Aufteilung des Hauses ist super für eine große Gruppe. Michela war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Gruppenraum ist zum Essen gut geeignet. Uns fehlte jedoch ein Raum, um gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen.

Klasse Wochenende

Wir waren ein Gruppe von 18 Leuten die einen Ort für ihr Klassentreffen suchten. Wir hatten das komplette Haus für 2 Nächte gebucht und sind am Freitagnachmittag angereist. Parkplätze waren ausreichend am Haus vorhanden. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und ruhig, wie es so mitten in der Natur ist. Leider hat es an dem Wochenende viel geregnet. Trotzdem hatten wir am Samstagnachmittag die Möglichkeit für ein paar Stunden die Umgebung zu erkunden und machten eine wunderschöne Wanderung. Im Haus selbst war alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und wir bekamen frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. In den Küchen war alles vorhanden was man so während eines Aufenthaltes braucht. Auch das Wlan hat super funktioniert. Wir haben Michaela am Samstag getroffen und Sie als eine sehr offene, höfliche, nette und hilfsbereite Person kennen gelernt. Alle meine Freunde waren mit dem Wochenende sehr zufrieden. Wir können die Lokalität und Michaela als Gastgeberin zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße nach Bad Kohlgrub

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 10 Leuten und hatten die komplette Unterkunft zur Verfügung... Check in prima, Sauberkeit in Ordnung, Brötchenservice auch sonntags ... Zwei kleine und eine große Küche mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht... Leider Spülen von Hand, da keine funktionierende Spülmaschine... Betten mussten selber bezogen werden, für den Preis hätten wir erwartet, dass das gemacht wird... Genügend Lokale in der Umgebung, haben sehr gut gegessen... Bergbahn gleich nebenan, genügend Wandermöglichkeiten... Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt

Amazing stay in an amazing home and area!

Michaela was wonderful and made us feel right at home upon check-in. Her home is great for a large group of people! Our family stayed here for the passion play and it was close and an easy drive to Oberammergau. There was plenty of room for eight families, common spaces for us to sit, eat, and enjoy company. The views are breathtaking, with the Bavarian Alps as a backdrop. Whether you're a large group or a smaller one, I couldn't recommend this place more!

Familien-Runder-Geburtags-Feier-Ort

Das Virus hat uns zu einer Alternativlösung für den 60. Geburtstag meiner Frau geführt: wir haben für eine Überraschungsfeier mit der engsten Familie eine passende "Location" gesucht und sind auf Michaelas Ferienwohnung gestoßen. Super entspannt, eine sehr nette Vermieterin, unkompliziert, für alle zwischen 1.5 und 85 Jahren gemütlich mit Wohlfühlcharakter und Wiederholpotential. Einfach toll! Danke Fr. Leis! Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen!!!!!

Wunderschön

Wir haben Michaelas Ferienhaus für unsere Hochzeitsfeier mit 13 Personen gemietet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und schön, die Umgebung ist traumhaft und Michaela ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wer einen Urlaub in dieser schönen Gegend plant oder eine kleine Feier veranstalten will, wird mit diesem Haus sicherlich rundum zufrieden sein. Wir können Michaelas Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
