This bright and friendly 1-room apartment with approx. 35m² is located on the top floor of a small apartment house in Gollwitzer Park. Distance to the natural beach approx. 500 meters!

The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, dining area and adjoining new kitchenette with induction stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and toilet. In the box spring bed, lying area (180 x 200), you will find a relaxed night's sleep.

There is a parking space at the house and free WiFi.

Minimum booking over Christmas/New Year 4 nights!

A travel cot and high chair can be rented from PAS for an additional charge.

The apartment can also be combined with the SEEPERLE apartment (only separated by a small staircase) on the upper floor of the house. For combined bookings of 7 nights or more (in low, high and mid-season) you will receive a 10% discount on both booking prices!

die ferienwohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und sehr funktional. leider ist die heizung eine katastrophe und das bad ist zu klein und im winter zu kalt. insgesamt ist der raum sehr überfrachtet mit mobiliar. die lage ist sehr gut, um schnell am wasser zu sein. die schlüsselübergabe ist auch sehr umständlich, man könnte doch außen am haus schlüsseltresore mit codenummern anbringen, um sich die fahrt ins büro zu sparen.

Um die kleine Wohnung abends nochmal gut zu durchlüften, wären Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern (das Gitter an der Küche, war nicht ganz dicht) sinnvoll. Zudem wäre besonders für Zugreisende die Möglichkeit, den Schlüssel an der Wohnung selbst zu hinterlegen, schön. Vor der Anreise war uns nicht ganz klar, was bereits alles in der Wohnung vorhanden ist (Müllbeutel, Schwämme, etc.). Ebenso wäre eine genaue Beschreibung des Wäschepakets noch hilfreich gewesen (wir wussten nicht, ob hier Handtücher inkludiert sind). Ansonsten hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auch dank Ihres Apartments :-)

Wir kommen jetzt schon seit ein paar Jahren und sind immer zufrieden gewesen. Da wir mehr draußen als drinnen sind ist diese Unterkunft für uns praktisch und übersichtlich.
