Falk Vacation Apartment with a Large Balcony and Panoramic Lake Views

Welcome to the Falk Holiday Rental in Arrach! The holiday rental is located right on a lake. Large balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture offer you an unobstructed panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. This is the perfect place to relax—enjoy your time off! The Falk holiday rental has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The children’s room is furnished with three single beds. Bedding can be provided for an additional fee (9.00 EUR per person). You’re also welcome to bring your own bedding. The living area is furnished with a sofa and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, and many other kitchen utensils). The holiday rental also features a cosy sitting area. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, while the other has a tub and toilet. Please bring your own towels. Parking in front of the house is free of charge. Wi-Fi is included in the price. We look forward to welcoming you! Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Key pickup: key safe with PIN code

Wir haben das Ferienhaus über Weihnachten gebucht und es war mit Weihnachtsbäumen und Weihnachtsschmuck dekoriert, was ich nicht erwartet hatte. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass man keine zusätzlichen Utensilien und Gewürze mitbringen muss. Was man vor der Anreise noch beachten sollte, ist, dass man seine eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen muss, da diese nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung, ich würde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
