We've poured our hearts into renovating this project, and it shows throughout every detail on the property. You'll often see us at the property running the office, cleaning up, or meeting guests. The Anchor Inn & Cottages is right in the heart of all the action on Sanibel. We're within a couple of hundred feet of some of the most popular restaurants on the island. Also, we're right next to the Bailey Homestead Preserve, offering a beautiful nature walk and experience whenever you desire. At the Anchor Inn, we offer free bike rentals, so anything that you want to do on Sanibel Island is easily accessible throughout its 25 miles of bike trails. Two popular beaches are just a 5-minute bike ride from our location, with many more within a 10-15 minute bike ride. To add to this fantastic location, The Anchor Inn is situated on over 2 acres of land, with more than half of it dedicated to natural areas and a pond teeming with wildlife that you can see when walking throughout the property or some of the Pondview rooms.

Welcome to the recently renovated and reimagined Sanibel Anchor Inn and Cottages. Less than a mile to multiple beaches, this is the ideal location to stay when visiting Sanibel. Bright, unpretentious rooms feature cable TV, free Wi-Fi, coffeemakers, and minifridges. A-frame cottages and one- and two-bedroom units offer kitchens or kitchenettes and separate living rooms with sofabeds. Free perks include loaner beach gear and bikes, as well as parking for boats and trailers (available at A-Frame Cottages Only). Amenities include an outdoor heated pool with a sundeck, shuffleboard court, picnic and BBQ areas, and much more.
