The holiday home is located on a fenced-in lot of approximately 480 m²
The house, which is about 220 m² in size, consists of a living area with
a flat-screen TV, a large, comfortable sofa, and a fireplace; an
adjoining, fully equipped, light-filled kitchen with two
refrigerators, a stove, oven, microwave, coffee makers, etc., two
dishwashers, and a dining area. A bedroom with two single beds
and two bathrooms, each with a shower, are located on the ground floor. Via
a staircase, you’ll reach three additional bedrooms, each with a
double bed, and a second living room. Two additional bathrooms are also located
on the ground floor, each with a shower; one of them also features a
bathtub. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a
double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The terrace is equipped with
patio furniture, a charcoal grill, and a parasol. A
rooftop terrace invites you to relax with sun loungers and lounge furniture.
Bedroom Overview: 6 bedrooms (2 with TV), including 4 double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm,
with full-length mattresses throughout, and 4 single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm,
