Comfortable vacation home, well-kept garden, non-smoking house

Our holiday home has approximately 95 square metres of living space and features a comfortable and cosy living room with a dining area that seats 6 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop (including touchscreen controls) and an oven, fully stocked to serve 6 people.
Additionally, the ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a large shower room with an overhead shower, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
In the attic, there is a larger bedroom with a double bed, a sitting area, and a second TV.
The second bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds and a cot. This room is suitable for both adults and children. There are some children’s toys available, as well as a radio/CD player. A small shower room is located between the two bedrooms. A high chair is available on the ground floor if needed.

Our patio has seating for 6 people and two lounge chairs, all with matching cushions. NEW: Our patio now features a 5x4-metre canopy with a sunshade. This allows you to comfortably spend time outdoors in any weather.
In the garden, you’ll find a beach chair on the newly redesigned patio and a garden bench.
A garden shed completes the outdoor area. Here you’ll find some outdoor games and 4 bicycles that you can use for free. (Please always check that they’re in working order before riding!) No liability accepted!! A handcart is also available for you and your little ones.
There are 2 parking spaces for cars available on the property.

On the beach in Neßmersiel, a beach chair is available for our guests to use at no additional cost. The beach chair is set up from April through September.

Booking Information: During school breaks, our house can only be booked on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
Please note that a visitor’s tax applies in Neßmersiel. To provide a clearer overview and simplify your arrival, you will receive a statement regarding the visitor’s tax a few weeks before your arrival. This allows you to pay the visitor’s tax contactlessly.
