Set on over 2 acres of mature trees in Huntersville, this home offers a peaceful "country feel" while remaining just minutes from the best shopping, dining, and lake activities in North Carolina. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a lake getaway, or a business trip, you’ll love the quiet atmosphere and modern comforts of this private home.

You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the charm of Huntersville and the excitement of the Lake Norman area:
Birkdale Village (3 miles): Just a 5-minute drive to the region’s premier open-air destination for upscale shopping, a 16-screen cinema, and fantastic dining like North Italia or Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar.
Lake Access (1 mile): We are less than 5 minutes from Blythe Landing Park, making it incredibly easy to launch a boat, go fishing, or enjoy a sunset picnic by the water.
