A 130 m² barrier-free holiday rental with a view. The holiday rental is located on the outskirts of town and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Ruwer and Mosel valleys. On clear days, you can see all the way to the Eifel.
The outdoor area, featuring a table and bench as well as lounge chairs and a parasol, is located directly behind the house and offers beautiful views. An additional lawn area next to the house is available for use and is perfect for sunbathing.
Parking spaces and a barbecue area are available. Shopping and amenities—such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, and post office—as well as various restaurants offering a diverse selection of dishes are within walking distance. Good public transport connections to Trier and Hermeskeil.

This spacious and high-quality furnished holiday apartment features a large living-dining area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a hallway with a coat closet, 2 large bathrooms, and a room for storing suitcases, luggage bags, bicycle accessories, or for drying clothes—ideal for guests travelling by bike. A lockable storage area for bicycles is also provided.

The living room with its combined dining area features a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable couch that can be pulled out into a double sleeper sofa.

The modern, fully renovated large bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet, a vanity with plenty of storage space, and an infrared cabin with colour therapy. Another spacious bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The new bedroom, with a box-spring bed (1.80 m), two nightstands, a closet, and a coat rack, offers plenty of storage and space. From here, you have a beautiful view of the Ruwertal valley.
The very large bedroom with two single beds—which can also be pushed together—has access to the terrace.

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
14–1 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
On the day of arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Otherwise, the Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.



On-site fees: Pets are not allowed



Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is possible from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
