Welcome to our holiday home. This semi-detached house is located in Lützkampen, a small town in the Eifel region, right on the Germany-Luxembourg-Belgium border triangle.

Our holiday home is surrounded by a magnificent panorama of forests and mountains in a rural setting in the heart of the German-Belgian Nature Park. It’s an ideal starting point for beautiful biking and hiking tours or excursions, including trips to neighbouring countries.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and one toddler.
On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, etc.), and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another with two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and bathtub.
A cot and a high chair are available for a toddler.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
Two parking spaces are located right next to the house. In a small, lockable outbuilding, you’ll find space to store bicycles, etc.
Outdoor furniture and a grill are available for your use.
Pets and smoking are not permitted anywhere in the house. Parties such as bachelor/hen nights, etc., are also not permitted.
We rent only to guests 21 years of age or older.
A security deposit of 200 EUR must be included with the final payment. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
Hand towels and bath towels can be rented on site for a fee.
Tourist tax: 1 EUR per person (ages 18 and older) per night, payable in cash on the day of arrival
