We loved this house. The backyard is amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. The game room was a lot of fun and the pool was very clean and relaxing. The deep end of the pool is about 5' and perfect for kids. Communication was quick and easy and we would definitely stay here again. House was very clean and had starter kits of items as expected. The master bedroom and 1 guest room could have used some more drawers or shelves, but that was a minor thing. We loved the location, the cleanliness and the entire Sarasota/AMI area. We had a fantastic stay.

Great house for a family or two to share. The house was very well maintained and very clean. Having three showers is a little tough but it’s enough to get by. The outdoor activities are great fun for the kids, especially pickleball and the game room is excellent as well. Easy to get to Anna Maria Island. Only suggestions: need more towels both bath and beach, there’s no lounge chairs by the pool, there’s no beach chairs to take to beach and no mirrors in the bedrooms. Otherwise excellent house.

Overall, we had a great time in the house. The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The power cord for the air hockey table was broken and we were unable to play, but the host was able to send a handyman the same day I messaged him. The host is excellent in communicating; he messages you back and tries to resolve issues very quickly. The house does need to be deep cleaned; the host did return us the cleaning fee once I messaged him. One of the rooms by the pool does tend to get warmer than the rest of the house; we always kept the pool doors closed to prevent the hot air coming in. We also had issues with the oven… we were trying to bake a cake after using the oven for dinner and it turned off and didn’t let us heat the oven anymore. Despite everything, the host really put thought into the garage/backyard and we had fun with the family.

The house was great and had plenty to do for the kids! It looked exactly like the photos and there were a few beaches we went to within 20ish minutes of the house.We did have to reach out to the host a few times for cleanliness (grill burners were so dirty that a small fire started when we turned it on, our feet were brown/black after a short time being there) / electrical/appliance (hallways lights out, microwave not heating food) issues, but he was very responsive and had the issues resolved in a timely manner. Overall we had a great time!
