NEW OWNERSHIP. Completely remodeled 2022. Ocean House #2302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6. NO MONTHLY'S

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Awesome ocean getaway!

Our family had an amazing time here! the property was super clean and in a great location. The balcony was larger than expected. It was awesome to relax and read a book with the sound of the ocean waves. It’s about 2.5 miles from the beach to the beautiful Gulf Shores state park, as a runner this was very beneficial. Highly recommend all around.

Excellent place to stay

We had never been to Gulf Shores so we were nervous about choosing a place without knowing anything about it or the area. This unit was really nice, good appliances, comfy bed, and clean. The location was great and conveniently next to groceries, shops, food, and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.
