It’s the perfect base for a variety of activities: Stroll through the historic towns in the area, visit Wangen im Allgäu, or explore the diverse natural landscape with its rolling hills, breathtaking Alpine views, and nearby Lake Constance.

The newly renovated holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers modern comforts in approximately 65 m² and features a spacious balcony as well as a private parking space. Thanks to large panoramic windows, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rural surroundings.

This family-friendly apartment is ideal for couples or families. It features a large living area with a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of dishes. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a spacious closet.

The high-quality hardwood floors make the apartment suitable for people with allergies. The modern bathroom, featuring a nearly walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine, rounds out the amenities.
The entire outdoor area is available for shared use by all our guests. Here you’ll find a beautiful barbecue area and playground for the whole family. While the children play, you can relax on comfortable lounge chairs or enjoy the magnificent view. For social evenings—even during a brief summer shower—the cosy, covered seating area invites you to linger together and get to know one another.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning supplies, dish soap, and hygiene products. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Information:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in this accommodation. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, a late arrival is no problem. Wi-Fi, parking, and a bike storage area are available free of charge. This holiday rental is also available for longer stays. Prices upon request.
