The property features two bedrooms, thoughtfully equipped to cater to your needs. One bedroom houses a queen-size bed, offering a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom features a double bed, perfect for additional guests or children. Both rooms are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Whitby.

Please be aware that this is the lower unit and there are residents in the upper level. Kindly maintain a quiet environment.

As our guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. This includes the use of your own washer and dryer, adding convenience to your visit. Additionally, one parking spot is included, making your travel and logistics hassle-free.

The backyard is also exclusively yours to enjoy. It`s a private space where you can relax, soak up some sun, or enjoy outdoor meals in a serene setting.

Please also note that there’s no dishwasher in this unit.

While I won`t be available in person during your stay, I am always just a quick message or phone call away.

- While we love animals, our property is not suitable for pets.

- Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.

- Our home is strictly a no-smoking environment. Violation of this rule will incur a significant cleaning fee.

- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
