Dream beach condo

Welcome to our dream vacation condo featuring an unobstructed Gulf-view on the magical white powdered sands of Indian Shores beach across the street from the famous Salt Rock Grill and just steps from many other restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery and convenience store. Across the street are public tennis/pickelball courts, mini golf, a covered pavilion with BBQ grills and fishing. The condo has been completely renovated and updated and includes a walk-in shower, balcony grill, and 1 Gbps high-speed internet which will easily accommodate multiple devices whether it is for work or entertainment. The complex includes a beach-side, year-round heated pool, onsite reserved parking, same floor coin laundry, and community room with a pool table. John’s Pass, St Pete and Clearwater Beaches, just to name a few, are easily reachable via a trolley stop feet from the property if you don’t want to drive and ride shares are cheap and plentiful as well. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please dispose of garbage in the trash shute next to the coin washer and dryer, load and start the dishwasher using the detergent provided, leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
Please close the sliding glass balcony doors so birds or bugs do not get inside and leave the keys up front on the table. If anything was broken or otherwise needs repair or replacement let us know.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$50 for lost building key. $250 cleaning fee if over 1 month. $1,000 fine for any smoking in the unit or balcony plus the actual cost to remediate.
HOA requires a application be completed providing guest contact information, vehicle and that they are to abide by HOA rules. Owner will bear the fee.
In booking, the guest agrees to the Rental Agreement terms and conditions, including consent to affix the guest’s electronic signature to the same

My husband and I have just returned home after a week long stay at a little slice of paradise! Before booking, leading up to our trip and throughout our stay, Ben quickly responded to any questions, clearly communicated the check in process and provided information about the area that enhanced our stay. The beach front condo was fully renovated and exceptionally clean. Beach decor was tastefully chosen throughout with attention to quality and details. We enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening from the private balcony. We felt we were in a private beach resort!Ben and Taylor generously shared any and all items with us. The full kitchen had everything we needed. We were very happy to see the blender and enjoyed making margaritas! The bed was super comfortable with quality linens. Best of all, there was a plethora of anything you’d need to enjoy a day (or a week) on the beach! Chairs, umbrellas and tents, floaty noodles and a wagon for easy transport and even sunscreen. This was our first time visiting a beach on Florida’s Gulf coast. The beach was clean and the waters were calmer than that of the east coast. We had encounters with dolphin and a manatee and enjoyed watching the many different sea birds. The area was low key, which we truly enjoyed. There are many restaurant and shops within walking distance of the condo. My husband and I are already talking about our next stay! Thanks so very much Ben and Taylor!!!
