Der Empfang der Vermieterin war freundlich, wenngleich auch zeitintensiv. Im Haus roch es seltsam, was sich auf den Kamin zurückführen ließ. Dieser war nicht geleert und die Scheibendichtungen nicht mehr dicht. Außerdem war es nicht geputzt: Überall waren Spinnweben, Staub und tote Fliegen. Es gab sehr viele Krümel auf dem Fußboden. Die Oberflächen der abgewohnten Küche einschließlich der Griffe waren klebrig, auch die Geräte wie Brotschneidemaschine, Kaffeemaschine usw..Im UG roch es feucht und muffig, obwohl die Fenster offen standen. Die Lichtschächte waren sauber, jedoch der Siphon in der Dusche komplett voll mit Dreck und Haaren. Die Vermieterin machte sich daraufhin selbst daran, diesen Schmutz zu entfernen, während wir oben unser Gepäck hereintrugen. Auf Rückfrage am Ende unserer Reise erklärte uns die Vermieterin, dass sie drei Tage mit ihrer Putzhilfe geputzt habe. Dies konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wir putzten am Anreisetag selbst einige Stunden das Haus (bis 18 Uhr mit drei Personen). Der Unterschied war gravierend. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ok, wenngleich auch nicht sehr groß (alte Matratzen). Das dritte Zimmer: Entweder unten, wo es muffig und feucht roch und zum Duschen die anderen durch dieses Zimmer mussten, oder oben auf der Galerie. Dort wird es furchtbar warm im Sommer, da sich hier nur Lüftungsöffnungen befinden.Im Wohnzimmer ist kein TV-Gerät, dafür eines im OG und eines im UG. Die Ausstattung insgesamt. ist umfangreich, eine Mikrowelle fehlt.

Wer sich für architektonisch-stilistische Details interessiert, Sauna und Gartenterrassen schätzt und Bücher und Schallplatten liebt, der wird in diesem Etablissement fündig. Wer aber mit dem Innern eines Ferienhauses die Begriffe Funktionalität, Helligkeit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit verbindet, der bleibe fern. Der Bewertung des Gastes vom Juni 2021 ist nachdrücklich zuzustimmen und auf den Bereich des Souterrains zu erweitern.

Sehr nette Besitzer

Haben über Silvester die kurzfristige Möglichkeit gehabt das Haus zu buchen. Es war eine sehr schöne und sehr erholsame Zeit gewesen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und haben es genossen. Die Besitzer waren uns im Vorfeld sehr behilflich und haben alle Fragen sofort beantwortet. Rundheraus ein herrlicher schöner Urlaub.

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr schöner zentraler Lage

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, modern und stilsicher eingerichtet. Viele hochwertige Möbel im Bauhausstil. Die Küche war allerdings sehr abgewohnt und eigentlich in einem Zustand,, der fewo Gästen nicht zugemutet werden sollte. Das trübte die Stimmung am Anfang etwas. Nach einer eigenen Putzaktion in Küche und Badezimmer ging es aber wieder. Fazit: Top Haus, Küche muss komplett erneuert werden.

Privates Wohnhaus im Bauhaus-Stil

Das Haus wirkt großzügig und ist im Bauhaus-Stil der 70iger Jahre eingerichtet jedoch etwas dunkel. Das Haus ist ein Privat-Haus und dadurch nicht ein klassisches Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Ambiente und perfekten Lage am Ortsrand.

Besonderes Haus in Pfronten

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, so als wären wir im Haus von Freunden, die in der Zeit selbst verreist waren. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Durch seine Architektur und die Einrichtung hat es eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.
