The house was so nice and they have everything you need even for the beach. We enjoyed it so much. Would highly recommend. Owners were very fast at getting back to me

We have nothing but positive things to say about this home, the owner, and the accuracy of the description. Family of four spent a week here on spring break. Pool was fantastic. Beds comfortable. House very clean. Our family really enjoyed the covered outdoor seating area with TV. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described in the listing. Home has every kitchen item a family needs for a week away. Great Weber grill. Clear use instructions when needed. Good board game selection. Super clean. Easy access to AMI for a day trip or to watch the sunset. Very close and convenient drive to IMG. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends and will stay again when we return to the area. Thanks Alex and Tina for a great stay.

We traveled from Chicago to FL and stayed at Casa del Sol for 5 nights before our son had a tournament at the IMG academy. We loved how close we were to Anna Maria beaches, it was a great central location to go more south to check out Siesta Key and Sarasota. We were close to stores, The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The first thing we noticed walking into the house was how immaculate it was. It was so clean, the house was decorated very nice and cozy. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. We spent our nights playing monopoly,( there’s lots of games provided) we enjoyed many dinners in the covered porch, We also enjoyed the outdoor space by the pool where we would have our morning coffee. We had everything we needed here. Our sons first game at IMG academy was on check out day, Alex and Tina were so understanding in letting us check out 2 hours later than the check out time because we didn’t have anywhere to go until the game so they were very accommodating with that and we appreciated it so much! The only thing we would have liked was for the pool to be a lot warmer, we would go night swimming and in February it was not hot enough, we were very cold. The heater took the chill off but it was pretty still cold. The sun helped in the daytime but it still would not get warm enough. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely book Casa del sol if we are ever back in the area. Thank you for the wonderful stay!! You were wonderful hosts!
