Our experience at this house was not what we were expecting. I will say that our host was very nice and tried to be of help, but, the property manager was very rude when handling the MULTIPLE issues we had. To start off, when we first entered the house we noticed the pin didn’t work and the door was already ajar. Upon entering the house we noticed the door wouldn’t close. As a group of girls we were VERY concerned especially because the area is not entirely safe. We called the host and he apologized multiple times and helped us get in contact with our property manager. When we told her the keypad didn’t work, she said “there’s not much i can do right now.” When she did finally come to our house, she barged in with no warning and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She told us the front keypad was not working and we had to use the back. We did not feel safe and we told her that, to which she said “I don’t understand the issue.” Furthermore, the plates had hair, there was trash under the table, the front porch had trash, there is no soap, showers smell bad, the bed had crumbs, the front had a random gasoline can and many many more things. To top it all off, we got catcalled by the neighbors when we stepped out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR A GROUP OF GIRLS. I will say it was very close to the strand and the beach so the location was ok. Also, the host did offer to refund the cleaning fee but the experience was sub par at best.
