Welcome to Kate’s House 30A, a thoughtfully designed Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental offering three bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, and a half bath—with space for families and groups to relax comfortably. Spend your days at Dune Allen Beach or the Calypso Pointe community pool, then gather on the covered deck to unwind together. Need more space? A separate guest house is available on-site for additional guests.
