Great location, peaceful and quiet

Great location, nice view from the living room. Has everything you need. Kitchen is equipped with the all necessary equipment. Beautiful rural setting, relaxing. Great back yard for BBQ and sitting by the candlelight. Close to small town, close to grocery stores.

One of these mediocre properties where you stay just because you require accommodation. Very basic, outdated decor from the 1960s, squeaky floors, carpeted bathroom, numerous personal items. Next to the relatively busy and noisy road. You need a vehicle to get to the amenities, no walkable area. Washing mashing mentioned in the amenities but wasn’t in the unit. The biggest downside was no Wi-Fi available. The host was responsive but not helpful. Overall, ok but unremarkable place. As per the host, price reflects the quality. Next time I would choose a different place.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung. Wir haben nicht viel erwartet, aber das wenige wurde noch unterboten. Die Wohnung sieht aus, als hätte dort ein älteres Ehepaar gewohnt und die Wohnung wäre dann direkt in eine FeWo umgewandelt worden. Uralte Möbel, verbliche Familienbilder an der Wand, Teppich im Badezimmer. Für den Preis (rund 130 EUR pro Nacht) nicht akzeptabel.

Familienwochenende

Wir waren zu sechst in der Ferienwohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Haben den urigen Charme genossen. Hier und da war die Ausstattung aber auch schon recht abgenutzt. Es war toll, dass wir den Garten bei gutem Wetter mit nutzen konnten. Es wäre sonst doch etwas eng unterm Dach gewesen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein super Startpunkt für Unternehmungen in der Region. Fahrradtouren kann man direkt vom Hof aus starten. Die Mieter im Erdgeschoss waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal für diese Gastfreundschaft!

Leider pfui, statt hui !

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für mich. Das hat mein Mann sich anders vorgestellt und ich mir auch. Alt, völlig verwohnt, dreckig und laut war diese Wohnung. Die Fenster, im Wohnzimmer, so dreckig, dass man den Ausblick nicht genießen konnte.Die Tapeten dreckig, kaputte Leisten an der Decke und dem Boden. dreckiges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler und ein so lauter Fußboden, dass man sich nicht bewegen mochte. Die Toilette und das Waschbecken, im Bad, wackeln ordentlich. Die Fliesen, egal ob Bad oder Küche, total hinüber. Diese Wohnung wird als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert, obwohl man in der Küche rauchen darf. Das Wandermaterial ist total veraltet, nichts aktuelles. Fazit : Nicht nochmal. Viel zu schade um das schöne Geld.

Fewo im 70 - 80iger Jahre Stil

Diese Fewo ist sicherlich eine ehemalige Wohnung von älteren Leuten, so scheint es nach dem hinterlassenen Inventar. Alles alt, altmodisch, zusammengestellt, abgewohnt. An den Wänden hingen vergilbte Fotos von Angehörigen, alte Tapeten an den Wänden....die Liste könnte man fortsetzen.An dem möglichen Esstisch standen 4 Stühle, weitere musste man aus anderen Räumen holen . Für 7 angemeldete Personen gab es 6 Betten, 2 auf einem umgeklappten Sofa, wobei das eine davon kaum größer als 1,60m war. Die Küche uralt, Geschirr zusammengelesen, keine 6 gleichen Teller und Tassen zudem unsauber mit den Teeresten der Vorgänger. Fußboden unsauber, keine Fewo zum wohlfühlen. Hinzu kam, dass die Wohnung total ausgekühlt war, es waren alle Heizkörper kalt und das zu Ostern, wo die Witterungsbedingungen nicht sommerlich waren. Das Bad für 7 Personen nicht ausreichend, 1WC, 1 Dusche, alt... Um uns Ostern nicht zu verderben, haben wir die Fewo nicht bezogen und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Mit dem Vermieter hatte ich eine unschöne Auseinandersetzung, von ihm habe ich Geld zurückerhalten, von Fewo wünsche ich es mir noch , denn ich hatte Ostern keine Möglichkeit die Agenrur zu informieren, Unterlagen mit Telefonnummern habe ich nicht erhalten. In der Fewo gibt es kein WLAN.

Gemütliche Tage in Klein Hilligsfeld

Wir hatten eine schöne und ruhige Zeit in Klein Hilligsfeld. Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte hervorragend! Die Wohnung selbst hat eine schöne Aussicht und alles, was was wir brauchten, war vorhanden und sauber!

schönes Wochenende mit Fahrt zum Hamelner Weihnachtsmarkt

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in Hameln verbracht - der Weg dorthin ist mit PKW in einigen Minuten zu schaffen - die FeWo ist etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen - aber komplett ausgerüstet, gute Betten und ganz viel Platz - DANKE SCHÖN

60er Jahre Charme

Eine steile knarzende Treppe erwartete uns im Eingang zur FeWo, das sich in der gesamten Wohnung mit knarzenden Dielen fortsetzte. Hinzu kommt leider die laute Dorfstraße, besonders nachts. Bei Sommerwetter kann man den Garten nutzen. Anmerkung : das WC Becken ist lose.

Besonderes Haus.

Was Sie eindeutig mit den Nachbarn im Erdgeschoss teilen. Daher wird dort auch die Heizung geregelt. Daher können Sie die Temperatur des Hauses nicht selbst einstellen. Und der Besitzer selbst hat überall Aufkleber mit "privater Schrank" geklebt. Überall Teppichboden, auch im Badezimmer. Nicht sehr hygienisch und schrecklich für Menschen mit Asthma wie mich. Und wo es keinen Teppich gibt (in der Halle), gibt es eine lose Matte, die unter Ihnen wegrutscht und Sie stürzen lässt. Das Haus hat in der Tat eine schöne Aussicht. Allerdings kann man nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen, da eine stark befahrene Straße am Haus vorbeiführt. Beim Gehen knarrt und bewegt sich alles, und im Bett knarrt es weiter.

Große Ferienunterkünfte mit Charakter

Über diese Ferienwohnung gibt es viel zu erzählen, aber das top Feature sind die Sitzgelegenheiten. Normalerweise trägt man im bestfall Stühle hin und her, um da sitzen zu können, wo man es gerade braucht. Hier ist immer ein Sitzmöbel in Reichweite. Die Einrichtung selbst hat ihr Alter, das merkt man ihr auch an, auch wirkt sie teilweise "zusammengewürfelt", was in meiner Weise heißt, das das ein Grund zur Beanstandung wäre. Alles ist sauber und erfüllt seine Funktion. Im Falle von Sitzgelegenheiten..... Es ist immer eine Alternative in Reichweite, man findet schnell seinen Lieblingsplatz. Die Wohnung selbst ist allerdings nichts für geräuschempfindliche Leute, weht draußen der Wind, hört man das. Der Boden quittiert nahezu jeden Schritt mit einem knarren. Das ganze wirkt urgemütlich, rustikal und heimelig. Noch hervorheben möchte ich die Aussicht. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel da und konnten fast 180 Grad Feuerwerk genießen. Man bekommt alle nötigen Informationen zum Check in vorab, da war alles perfekt. Wie gut eine Kommunikation während des funktionieren würde kann ich nicht sagen, sie war nicht nötig. Zu den ebenfalls angebotenen Fahrrädern kann ich nichts sagen, die haben wir nicht gebraucht, daher auch nicht danach geguckt. Alles in allem eine Wohnung mit einzigartigem Charakter, die zum längeren Verweilen einlädt. Gerne wieder

Familienurlaub

Einfaches, älteres gemütliches 2-Familienhaus direkt an einer Landstrasse in einem netten, kleinen Dorf mit Möglichkeit zum Einkauf auf dem Bauernhof. Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Vermieter, Mails wurden umgehend beantwortet. Einrichtung aus einer früheren Zeit aber für uns absolut akzeptabel. Alles vorhanden für einen längeren Ferienaufenthalt. Absolutes Plus: eine reichliche Auswahl von benutzbaren Fahrrädern. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der sehr grosszügigen Wohnung.
