The house keeps a cool atmosphere with air conditioning and heating, making it enjoyable year-round. If you want to hit the slopes we are 15 minutes from Brian Head and 15 minutes from Cedar City. Whether you’re gathering for a family trip or a group getaway, this wonderful home provides a perfect setting. The home has a basement where your kids won’t want to come out of. Pool table, games, and large tv. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
