Private Saltwater Pool - can be HEATED OR CHILLED upon request for an additional fee.



Advanced notice is requested for heating/chilling as it can take up to 24 hours to reach desired temperatures.

Please note that pool heating and cooling performance depends on ambient outdoor temperatures. When outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees or rise above 92 degrees Fahrenheit, the efficiency of the heating or chilling function may decrease. Reduced performance due to low or high weather temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters/chillers and no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related limitations.
