This charming, light-filled, very modern holiday rental—a semi-detached home—is located in Friesland on the Jadebusen, south of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site and the coastal resort town of Dangast in the Obenstrohe district. It’s situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of town, with excellent access to local attractions.

This architect-designed building, completely rebuilt in 2017 to high-quality standards, enjoys a magnificent southwest-facing location. The ground floor offers 80 square metres of generously laid-out space and delights guests with sun-drenched rooms and a 60-square-meter garden. The partially covered terrace, complete with a sunbathing area and sweeping views, offers ideal conditions for an idyllic holiday on the Jadebusen for up to 4 people plus a baby or toddler!



The moment you step inside, you’ll be enveloped by the apartment’s pleasant atmosphere.
The built-in coat closet in the hallway provides immediate storage. Keep to the right and you’ll find the tastefully decorated bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Directly across from it is the first bedroom with a double bed, along with closets and a vanity. Thanks to the blackout curtains, the windows can be darkened quickly and easily. One door down the hallway leads to the second bedroom with a double bed. Here, too, you’ll find plenty of storage space thanks to tall closets and an additional chest of drawers. The curtains here also allow for quick and easy darkening.
Passing the utility room with the washing machine, you walk past the open, high-quality, and fully equipped kitchen into the spacious living-dining area with access to the garden. The dining table with designer chairs offers space for dining and socialising. The living area, with its comfortable seating, invites you to relax. A large flat-screen TV, along with a Sony Blu-ray/DVD player and hi-fi system, provide top-notch entertainment. A variety of DVDs, CDs, books, art supplies, and games—among other items—in the cabinet offer entertainment for all ages.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, portable standing fans, curtains, and free Wi-Fi. It also features 3 parking spaces and a lockable storage room for your bicycles.
