Very clean and well taken care of unit. The building amenities were fantastic, and the condo management team (Terry's Vacation Rentals) we're extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process - I highly recommend them, and the Oasis!

Positives: Found the unit clean, nice decor/t.v's, comfortable beds. Responsive owner. Easy load/unload with parking on unit floor.Less than ultimate:1. Unit on pool slide end so a bit noisier than units on adult pool side. 2.Bi-fold doors needed repair in laundry room. Repaired next day.3.No ice/water at frig - frig was to be replaced the day we left. We bought counter size ice maker & water for our stay. Would have been nice if owner had provided this termporary fix instead of telling us to haul ice from first floor ice maker. Bought bottled water as well since tap is not filtered. 4. Primary fan rattles and needs to be addressed.5. Showers need attention - end of life on glass surrounds/doors. Caulk needs replacing due to mildew underneath.6. We book units based around the patio furniture as y mom cannot go to pool/beach area. We love spending time relaxing outside - nice furniture but ALL the cushions need replacing - worn out and not comfortable.I would rate the current condition of this unit as a 6. Needs a few dollars invested and tune up. As a Realtor, small investments can go a long way to spruce things up. The good news is I believe it has a new refrigerator and the bi-fold doors are repaired. I appreciated the responsiveness of the owner.

I appreciate the review! I apologize for the inconvenience of the fridge not having an ice maker or water while you were there, it broke the day of your arrival and we had to order a new fridge. I will have maintenance check out the rattling bath fans and re-caulk the shower doors as well, being that close to the Gulf we do have to scrape out and re-caulk the shower doors from time to time due to humidity. I appreciate your feedback and hope you can come back soon!
