We really enjoyed the stay. It was so nice to stay in a pet friendly condo. My only complaint would be the mattresses in both bedrooms need to be changed. They were very uncomfortable. Loved our visit besides that fact.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Mattresses are a fickle thing, we have had several guests tell us that they are comfortable and we have had a few tell us they weren't. The mattresses in the unit are not old and worn out it's just everyone has a different preference when it comes to firmness and we get more positive feedback than negative on them. Keep us in mind for your next trip!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Great view and location. Due to bringing 2 dogs we did take out every night for dinner. Many good restaurants very close by. Also the view was fantastic. The balcony was large with table and chairs we used constantly. The condo had amble space for 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. Five minute walk from door to beach! The kitchen was supplied with every thing we needed. We will definitely book again!

Condo was in a good location and the air-conditioning weren’t great.

Condo was in a good location. Not far from the beach and across the street from restaurants and shops. Air condition worked great. The master bath sink drained very slow is about the only real critique. I could give the place. Also a minor thing there were no potholders in the kitchen. We use dish rags to grab things out of the oven. Minor inconvenience.

Terry was great to work with. He kept in touch and promptly answered all my questions. The only thing we thought could be improved was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were dirty and turned our feet and shoes black on the bottom, we had to vacuum and mop ourselves. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work. There was long black hair on the back of the bathroom door. The refrigerator had loose brackets on both the freezer and refrigerator door, one of our group gouged their toe on it. The sliding door to the patio was so dirty we didn't want to touch it. The furniture needs to be cleaned. The location is great with beach access and views on the back side and shopping out the front.
