Just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach, this seaside house features a total of 12 holiday apartments. All of the comfortable 2–4-room apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes and at least one separate bedroom. In addition, each unit has a balcony—some have two balconies, and some offer a view of the Baltic Sea. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building. Outdoor parking spaces are available for your vehicle, and underground parking spaces may also be available. You’ll be staying in a central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.

This very comfortably furnished 2-room holiday apartment with a balcony is located on the 1st floor of the building. With a living area of 57 square metres, the apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests. In the cosy living-dining area, you’ll find a comfortable pull-out sofa set that provides two additional sleeping spots. There is also a large dining table, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features an open layout and is fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. You can enjoy the meals you prepare at the dining table, or savour your morning coffee on the seasonally furnished west-facing balcony.
You’ll spend restful nights in a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet offering plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.
A high chair is available for small children.
The unit includes a bright shower room with a sink and toilet.
A shared washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
A designated parking space is available for your vehicle in the building’s underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in a shared room. No smoking. No pets.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, schön ausgestattet. Leider mit ein paar Sauberkeitsmängeln.

Preis, Leistung ok. Einiges könnte verbessert werden, z.B. Toilettendeckel mit Absenkautomatik, ein aufgeräumter Abstellraum, Balkon und die Fenster waren unsauber.
