Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the Schieder district and offers plenty of parking right next to the apartment. There is also a WallBox for your electric car.



We generate our own electricity using a solar panel system!!!
We use our solar panel system and heat pump to generate heat for hot water and heating!!!
You can also charge your electric car here using green electricity.



The basement is equipped with a laundry room that our guests are welcome to use. There is also a room there with bicycles available for rent or for storing your own bikes.

Within 20–30 minutes by car, you can reach:

…with a well-designed layout featuring 4 rooms (three bedrooms—7 beds), a living room with a balcony, a large, fully equipped kitchen—including a high chair—a spacious bathroom—with 2 sinks, 1 bathtub (with changing table attachment), and a separate shower.
The holiday rental is lovingly furnished with modern and functional furniture—you won’t find second-hand or junk-grade items here—and features hardwood floors. You’re welcome to darken the windows using the roller shutters or blinds.
For your added comfort, you’ll find: a cot, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, laundry facilities, and—available for free use—two mountain bikes.
If you have any other requests, please let us know.
