Grocery 4.4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Semione Municipio bus 132" 3 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 9 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castello di Semione, Museo Valle di Blenio, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona, Chiesa Negrentino, Archivio Donetta. Exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Patio. Sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Schönes Rustico neu renoviert

Neu renoviertes Rustico, schön hergerichtet mit nettem Gastgeber. Uns hat nur ein bequemer Sessel zu unserem Hüttenglück gefehlt. Die Auf- und Abfahrt ist nach einmal Üben auch gut zu schaffen.

Traumurlaub in den Bergen

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Rustico verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Auf der Terrasse kann man die Mahlzeiten uneinssichtig im Grünen einnehmen oder in der Hängematte entspannen. Der Vermieter R. ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmen erhalten. Die Umgebung ist großartig, perfekt zum Wandern, aber auch Ausflüge in die Nähe Städte Locarno und Bellinzona sind zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht , gut eingerichtet ,das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu schmal, tolle Aussicht, die Anfahrt zum Haus ist eine Herausforderung mit einem grösseren Auto, netter Vermieter, alles gut.

Wir waren zu zweit für ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft. Übergabe bei der Ankunft und Abreise unkomplizert, es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sehr coole Wohnung, hat alles was es braucht. Die Lage ist top, super Aussicht, ruhig gelegen. Aussenbereich lädt zu Verweilen ein.
