Conveniently located just minutes from Lynnwood City Center light rail, Alderwood Mall, and with easy access to Seattle, Everett, and Paine Field Airport.

While we’re happy to host your furry friend, we only allow 1 pet per stay and a pet fee may apply. We cannot accommodate pets over 45 pounds or pets that are not potty trained. Any pet-related damages or accidents inside the house will be the guest’s responsibility.

Please do not leave pets unattended. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors may result in being asked to vacate the property.

This place was really great. Impressive design for a small space. Just perfect for our purposes. VERY clean and quiet. Big soaker tub was a huge plus!! Would definitely stay there again.

Omid was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The linens, bedding, kitchen amenities are all high quality. I was very impressed all the way around. The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area.
