The house was very beautiful, the view was very beautiful, the host was a very nice lady and answered any questions we had quickly, the pool was very nice and the kids had a lot of fun.

All the rooms were nice and clean. The living room is amazing and spacious for groups playing board games or video games. Views are spectacular! The pool is really big and spacious too.

Overall, we enjoyed parts of our stay, but there were several issues that should have been communicated or addressed more clearly. The biggest concern was the bedroom setup. Some rooms were listed as having two queen beds or twin beds, but some of those sleeping arrangements were actually rollout beds. We were also surprised to find that two bedrooms were located in the garage. One had no AC, and the other had a portable unit that still did not keep the room cool. Both became so hot that our friends had to move into the main house and sleep on the floor or squeeze into other rooms.There were also several maintenance and supply issues. We did not have enough toilet paper or paper towels for our group. One bathroom had a broken shower handle and a wobbly sink, while another had a sink handle that did not work. The kitchen only had used sponges available, and the ice maker barely worked; when it did, the ice appeared dirty, so we did not use it. We also dealt with a significant ant problem in the kitchen even though we kept food sealed and put away.On the positive side, the hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. We also enjoyed the living room, comfortable couches, and projector screen, which gave everyone a nice space to relax together. The home has some good features, but the listing needs to be more transparent about the sleeping arrangements, and the property would benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness, and basic supplies for larger groups.

Unacceptable conditions, rodent Infestation, and inaccurate listing.We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The listing was highly inaccurate regarding the sleeping arrangements: it advertised 6 queen beds and 6 twin beds across 7 rooms, but there were only 2 queen beds, with the rest being full beds, twins, or temporary cots. 2 of the advertised "bedrooms" were located in the garage as add ons with rodent infestation. These room setups were unusable because of the large hole in the wall allowing rodents to enter premises, and no centralized ACs in the 2 added rooms. We saw multiple rats and decided to not use the 2 rooms in the garage. We had 17 people (including 2 toddlers). The listing for sleep 20 people, but only 14 people can sleep in beds/cots. Without rooms in garage, several people in our group slept on the floor in the main house for the night since we arrived late in Friday evening.Zillow shows 2986 but listing 5100sqft.The maintenance of the home is severely neglected. The digital door lock was faulty leaving us struggling to get inside during check-in. 1st night in shower room, the loose metal shower handle fell completely off and injured my foot. The owner responded quick with thank you for let me know. Next morning, a toilet clogged, and the host unhelpfully blamed us for flushing toilet paper, which was untrue.We booked 3 nights but with the pest infestation, physical hazards, and misleading description, decided to leave after first night stay.
