Located on Barnes Lake just 10-miles north of Lapeer, this 6-bedroom house is the perfect “up-north” destination without the long drive. Featuring 150-feet of lakeshore, more than 2,100 square feet of multi-level deck facing the water, two docks, a big kitchen and family room, this is a getaway property that you won’t want to leave.

During your stay, the house will be equipped with all of your bonfire and s'mores necessities (complimentary) to enhance your experience.

If your little one will be joining you during your stay, a highchair and pack n play is available at the property at all times.

FREE use of tanning chairs, 2 paddleboats and 2 kayaks!
A pontoon boat is available to rent for an additional fee.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Make sure to turn off the stove -Place any rearranged furniture back into its original space -Wash off any food debris in sink from dishes, then place in dishwasher & start the dishwasher if you can
-Take trash out to the city bins to front of the home, up next to the driveway (Sunday night). -Leave all used beds unmade, all used towels in laundry baskets
-Return TV or Garage Remotes or key fobs to their original locations. ($75 missing fee) -Please make sure to lock up before leaving, and return key(s) to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
