The little paradise on the Baltic Sea!

The village of Zolwino is located on the island of Wolin, a 120-minute drive from northern Berlin. Take the A11 toward Swinemünde, then follow the Szczecin highway toward Misdroy, the well-known seaside resort; after 11 km, you’ll reach Zolwino, with its 20 residents.

Picturesquely situated directly on an inland lake, the 24-square-meter log cabin sits on a 600-square-meter lot. The house features a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large loft bed for two people in the living room. There is no separate bedroom. The couch in the living room pulls out into a large bed, providing space for up to 4 people or 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a washing machine. A large flat-screen TV with Astra provides all the usual channels in HDTV, and guests with an account can also enjoy Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming services.

On the terrace, you can relax and enjoy your vacation with a view of the lake. There are also two lounge chairs and a hammock for relaxing. Fishing is, of course, possible; a fishing boat or the dock is available for this purpose. A pedal boat with a large sun deck is also available for your use. And, of course, you have your own private beach.

The sauna is arguably the highlight of the property, as you can look directly out onto the lake from there, jump right into the lake to cool off, and young children can even use it as a place to nap. Mattresses are provided in the garden shed for this purpose.

The Baltic Sea is accessible via the Wolin National Park, about 3.7 km away. As the owners, we ride our bikes to get to the beach quickly. If you don’t have a bike, you can drive about 2 km to Wiselka and then walk through the park to the beach—about 1.7 km.

The town of Misdroy is 11 km away. Here, young people can find everything they don’t get in Zolwino (except for plenty of peace and quiet). There are plenty of restaurants, clubs, and everything else you’d expect from the island of Usedom.

A security deposit of 200.00 € is due upon arrival; this will be applied toward any electricity and water charges incurred during your stay, and the remainder will be refunded to you upon departure!
