Whether after a long day at work or for a relaxing vacation—our spacious apartment is just right for both.

Managers and long-term maintenance workers are also welcome. Major companies such as Ford-Werke, Dillinger Hütte, ThyssenKrupp, Nestlé Wagner, and Saargummi are just 10–30 minutes away.

Located on the edge of the forest—on the first floor of a two-family home—you’ll find our quiet, approximately 80 m² apartment:
It features a bathroom with natural light, a large shower, and a toilet.
In the hallway, you’ll find a coat closet and space for your shoes.
The bedroom (with a view of the greenery) features a box-spring bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, and a large armchair for “browsing through books.”
In the spacious living-dining room, you’ll find a large couch that can be folded out if needed (solid steel frame with a mattress), measuring 140 cm x 200 cm. There is also a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
A dining table for 6 people with a sideboard ensures relaxed meals.
The cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need for culinary delights:
oven and ceramic cooktop,
a large sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker (filter or pods), toaster, microwave, electric kettle, bread slicer, pots, pans, bowls, baking pans, place settings for 6 people, water, wine, and champagne glasses, mushroom-shaped glasses, and wheat beer glasses…

You can enjoy the evening sun on a cozy bench in front of the house—smoking is permitted here.
Wi-Fi is, of course, included!

• Long-term rentals (e.g., for technicians, project managers, etc.) are possible (with mid-stay cleaning)—price upon request!

Rental rates include all utilities.

Pets are not allowed.
