Welcome to Haus Desor, our newly renovated, bright and peaceful oasis of well-being not far from the Swabian Sea.



In Kressbronn, the charming apartment with a view of Lake Constance consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony, equipped with a table and chairs. Here you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast while you admire the wonderful surroundings. A shared garden and a shared barbecue are also available for your use. This really is the ideal place to leave the stress of everyday life behind you! In under 20 minutes walking you will reach a selection of restaurants, cafes and bakeries and the nearest supermarket (Biostadel) is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment (210 m). The bathing beaches Strandbad Kressbronn and Nonnenhorn are a 29-minute walk or 22-minute walk away. Furthermore, the Kressbronn ferry terminal, from where you can take boat trips across the lake, is an 18-minute walk away (1.5 km).

Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gern weiter! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, umsorgt und hilfsbereit. Man merkt an der Ausstattung, dass hier jemand überlegt hat, was man wirklich benötigt, wenn man in der Wohnung Urlaub machen will. Der Balkon ist groß und ein schönes Plätzchen zum Essen und Genießen. Da das Objekt etwas oberhalb des Sees liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und der Brötchendienst eine tolle Sache. Mit E-Bikes ist auch der Heimweg von einer Tour oder vom Baden kein Problem.

Pros: Eine super saubere, schnuckelige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin haben uns erwartet. Perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr ruhige Lage

Pros: Die Gastgeberin ist toll, sie nimmt ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr ernst ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Vom Stück Kuchen und einem Glas Marmelade zur Begrüßung über Tipps was man unternehmen kann bis zum Angebot einen von einer Feier abzuholen 😀 Es gibt einen Brötchen Service Cons: Leider gab es Sonntag keine Brötchen Das WLAN etwas "schwach auf der Brust"

Sehr lieber und freundlicher Empfang. Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft in der man auch bei lausigen 5 Grad Außentemperatur seine Zeit verbringen kann (Bücher, Spiele, warme Decken am Sofa) Wer dringend Ruhe sucht wird hier fündig. Ok, das Vogelgezwitscher ist zwar nicht zu überhören, betrachten meine Frau und ich aber als ‚Entspannungsgrundlage‘ und schönes Hintergrundgeräusch beim Spaziergang durch den kleinen, sehr abwechslungsreichen Ort. Quatschen mit den Bewohnern ist jederzeit möglich und bringt dann auch Richtungsangaben für kleine Ausflüge. Das wir ne‘ Stunde, anstatt der angegebenen 10 Minuten, bis zum See brauchten, liegt aber wohl an uns, da wir gerne auch den Weg zum Ziel näher betrachten. Als einziger Punktabzug ist das „Freifunk“-WLAN zu sehen. Ist schon recht, recht langsam. Hier sollte man sein eigenes Handynetz nutzen um weitere Ausflugsziele zu suchen. Oder man fragt einfach. Trotz kaltem Wetter waren unsere Besuche in der Umgebung schön und sehenswert, so dass bestimmt ein weiterer Besuch bei besserem Wetter anstehen kann.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung in Kressbronn

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Kressbronn. Morgens wird man von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt, wenn man es vorzieht mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ansonsten ist es eine sehr ruhige Lage. Die Apfelplantagen in der Nähe Laden zum spazieren gehen ein, vom nahegelegenen Hügel aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Bodensee. Der Bäcker liefert morgens auf Bestellung frische Backwaren zum Nachbarhaus, was rege genutzt wird. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir nichts vermisst, es war bisher die am besten ausgestattete Wohnung die wir hatten. Die Zentren von Kressbronn und Nonnenhorn sind mit dem Auto in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir hier einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht.

Pros: Die ruhige Lage in Seenähe und die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Ein Bäcker, der jeden Morgen mit großer Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen zur Ferienwohnung kam. Unterstellplatz für unsere Fahrräder. Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Erholung Pur

Sehr gepflegte ,saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo bei der es uns (..... außer am Seeblick ) an Nichts fehlte. Sehr nette Vermieterin, stehts um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig ca 1,5 km Fußweg vom See entfernt.
