Large patio with a 5 x 3 m² swimming pool, 1.7 m deep ( not heated ) . Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. It has 6 spacious bedrooms with Smart TV and air conditioning ( except one ), 5 full bathrooms, an open-concept living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. ¡ Book now !. We comply with Colombian regulations; please review the rules.

Located in the traditional Malibú neighborhood of Medellín, in a residential area.
Single-family property with separate entrance and access via internal stairs, ensuring greater privacy.
Guests have exclusive access to all areas. On the first level, you will find the internal courtyard with a swimming pool, kitchen, living room, internal parking for up to two cars, and a laundry area. On the second level, there is a workspace, six bedrooms, and a balcony.

Close to the Metroplus public transport network at the Fátima station. A 6-minute walk from the Belén Sports Complex and 8 minutes from UPB University. It is a 13-minute drive to the Atanasio Girardot soccer stadium sports complex, 10 minutes to the local Olaya Herrera airport, and 49 minutes to José María Córdova International Airport.

Moderate parties are permitted only under the following condition: You must coordinate in advance with our team, including suppliers, catering, chef, DJ, and other necessary services, through our staff and authorized partners. If you do not meet this condition, we ask that you refrain from booking and consider other spaces that better suit the purpose of your trip.

Our staff cleans the property thoroughly every 8 days. You can use the laundry area at no extra cost; just bring your own detergent.
We are available to assist with any additional requests. We offer all the necessary amenities to make you feel comfortable and worry-free, tailoring each service to your needs.
