Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Cover outside furniture after each use. cover barbecue after it chills down. No parties/gatherings in the house, no overnight guests. No EXCEPTIONS, no smoking inside, use ash tray outside.
Garbage: left of sink, empty in green bin outside. garbage collection on Mon/Thur, take it out the night before as the truck come early AM Recycling under kitchen sink, empty in blue outdoor bin.
Dishwasher tablets under sink Kitchen sink garbage disposal switch to the right - only put soft food no pits, no lemon rind.. make sure to run water. All cabinets “PRIVATE” re not to be opened
