The basement apartment is located in a well-maintained single-family home and can accommodate 3 people. An extra bed for children up to 4 years old is available. The apartment will be rented out for the first time in 2020, measures approximately 60 square metres, and has a separate entrance. The cosy kitchen-living room is equipped with a modern kitchenette, and the living area features a seating area and a small dining area for 3 people. The spacious bedroom with a modern double bed is perfect for relaxing. Another room is furnished with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and double sinks. A modern electric heating system powered by green electricity heats the entire apartment. On cold days, a wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Outside, there is a seating area with a grill. A free parking space is available directly in front of the apartment.

Heating costs are 0.40 euros per kW of heating electricity, payable on-site based on consumption.



Distler Holiday Rental:

The kitchen-living area features tile flooring and dimmable LEB lighting. A dishwasher, stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle are included. Underfloor heating with marble tiles and a wood-burning stove provide cosy warmth on cool days. The bedrooms have laminate flooring and are heated by underfloor heating and, in some cases, by convection heaters. The water in the bathroom is heated by an electronic instantaneous water heater. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available in the hallway. Energy-saving LED lighting is used throughout the apartment.

Heating costs are billed on-site at 0.40 euros per kW of heating electricity, based on consumption.
Use of the second bedroom when booking for 2 people is charged an additional 12.00 euros per day.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
