We're both from Omaha, Nebraska, the cornhusker state. Jim was a teacher and coach for over 30 years in the Omaha Public School System. Marlene is in sales and speaks nationally as a senior advocate.

Family vacations are something we look forward to each and every year. Getting the kids and grandchildren together, laughing, making great memories. Two of my favorite things, family and beach!

Why they chose this property

We both fell in love with the calm feel in Perdidio Key. For us it was "Just another day in paradise". The beauty and sounds of the beach. Minutes from our door and we're on the beach ready for our morning walk. Being able to ride bikes on great paths just steps from our front door. Being within minutes to Big Lagoon State Park, Perdido Key State Park, and Gulf State Park. There is also no shortage of great golf courses for Jim! We can take a short drive and check out Pensacola or Destin, then head back home to calmness. In Perdido Key our days can be full of relaxation or adventure. And did I mention all the great restaurants!

What makes this property unique

I love my condo at Indigo Condo. The views whether on your balcony, in your kitchen, bedroom, or at the beach or pool offer calmness and beauty. The grounds at Indigo have over 300 palm trees that make you feel like you are on a tropical paradise. I also love the gated entry and the additional security it offers. The elevators take you directly to your condo door!
