It consists of two separate houses with their own entrance (not connected). Garden doors lead you to the southern wooden terrace with views of the Hahnenkamm and the 'Streif'. Enjoy a barbecue and the beautiful view. The house is easily accessible by public transport and the promenade takes you straight into the centre of Kitzbühel

Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel
In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here

The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
