Apple of My Eye! Cozy Cottage in Columbia

Studio cottage near the Albemarle Sound (visible). With one bedroom, one sleeping couch, one bathroom / shower, two TVs, kitchen and fridge, range and oven, microwave, washer/dryer set. Little porch with two rocking chairs, a table and four chairs. Because of the rather big yard, there is enough room with two driveways for a boat trailer to pull through the backyard. Located only a 45 minute drive to the Outer Banks.
