The ocean view is gorgeous from the wraparound verandas. The pool area is very private and offers the same amazing vistas. The home was immaculate and the property managers attentive with great dinner recommendations, not to mention two of the nicest people. The location is walking distance to the surf at Maria's Beach, the Beach House, Calypso and Stoked. Our family of 5 (3 adult kids) was comfortable here. The upper level features an open kitchen/living area, a large bedroom, guest room and bath. Super cute ground level apartment would work great for multiple couples, allowing privacy and accommodating different morning schedules. Same great views from here too. Comes complete with nice chairs and cooler to take to the beach. As you would with most locations in Rincon, you will drive to the beaches, likely picking a different beach each day depending on surf. We initially hoped to book an oceanside location but were glad we landed here. Would definitely book again.
