Our Boardinghouse 20 is conveniently located in the NINO Business Park in Nordhorn and offers a new, forward-looking type of accommodation.



For business travellers:

The booking confirmation / rental agreement serves as proof of travel. An additional invoice can be requested at the time of booking and will be issued after departure.

For inquiries regarding long-term rentals and discounts for long-term stays, please contact the agency. One-night bookings are available upon request.

Rental rates are based on 1 person; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.

Electricity, water, and heating, as well as bed linens and towels, are included.

The boardinghouse concept—combining the features of an apartment and a hotel—is underscored by the elegant, urban, and functional interior design. It offers an interesting alternative without having to forgo hotel services such as towels, bed linens, etc.



The apartment is innovatively furnished with an eye for detail. It is located on the 3rd floor and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 people. An lift is available; the apartment is barrier-free and suitable for use with a walker.



Spanning 40 m², it features a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill and bake functions, a coffee maker, a hand blender, and plenty of cooking utensils to allow you to prepare your own meals—from breakfast to a midday snack to dinner.



The table in the dining area, with 2 chairs, is multifunctional and can also be used as a desk thanks to its technical features. Of course, the apartment features free internet access, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio.



The 1.80 m wide box-spring bed in the separate bedroom offers the highest level of sleeping comfort.

The coat rack in the entryway and the wardrobe, as well as the cosy sitting area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and ottoman, round out the furnishings.



This functional, elegant design is continued in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A vanity cabinet, mirror, hair dryer, and soap dispenser are also standard features.

On the 3rd floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The room is accessible with your room key. Residents can use the machines via a coin-operated machine between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.



Café NINO in the main building and the inclusive bistro “MahlZeit!” offer delicious lunch specials and other culinary delights.
