Apartment in a secure residence, very quiet, with swimming pool. With garage in the basement. 400 m from the sandy beach of FREJUS.
West facing apartment on the 3 * floor with elevator, the terrace overlooks the interior courtyard of the residence, therefore the swimming pool. A 140 bed and a 90 bed in the bedroom, and a 160 sofa bed in the living room. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, television, etc.
