Welcoming and comfortable farmhouse in Georgetown, Ky. The beautiful interior features one California king bed, one queen bed, and a full bed providing plenty of space for guests to relax. With two bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient. The farmhouse stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Step inside and feel the pleasant atmosphere that makes this home a perfect retreat. Whether you’re unwinding after a day at the Kentucky Horse Park, exploring or gathering for a cozy evening, this fabulous farmhouse welcomes you. The detached garage serves our local community as a non-profit that supports our foster/kinship families with clothing for children. We function by appointment only. You will be notified prior to anyone being on the property or in the detached garage and if it is an issue, we will do our best to work with your needs.

The place was very nicely, decorated and very clean and great communication with the host. I come to Kentucky three times a year to visit my son and I will definitely put this on my list of places to stay when we’re in the Lexington Georgetown area.

This property couldn’t have been any more perfect for our trip to the KHP. We enjoyed the space and organization of the property.
