1890's Bunkhouse Getaway
Make some memories at this family-friendly place. Built in the late 1890's, this bunkhouse was a place to rest for working cowboys. Today, you can enjoy the updated home by watching horses peacefully graze, enjoy a cookout, play a board game, or read. Located two miles from downtown Alvarado and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study space, and internet connection. There is a fenced area of the backyard for dogs to run around. Riding lessons are available dependent on schedule.

This charming bunkhouse has a front porch and is surrounded by a plot of land where horses graze. Inside the home, you will find the original wall and hall ceiling from the 1890's. This bunkhouse has a warm, cozy atmosphere inviting you to rest and relax.

You have access to the entire house. There are two sheds and a treehouse that are not accessible on the property.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put used / wet towels in bathroom. No need to make the beds. Turn off lights and electronics.
Please check the home that you have all your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for items left behind.
Please lock front and back doors before leaving (leave keys in lockbox) and send a message stating that you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
