It was very much as advertised. It was on the third floor with a second story building between it and the sand dunes. We could see the ocean but not the beach. The unit was very clean, but clean linens were not there when we arrived and they were finally delivered about 8:00pm. The king bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the main balcony - good chairs and table. The building seemed very family friendly - lots of parents and children making good use of the pool and easy access to the beach. This was a very good unit, especially for a last-minute rental at the end of high season.
