Beach house with 6 suites, on the edge of Ferradura beach

A house right on the beach—take one step and you’re already on the sand at Ferradura Beach. Bright and airy, situated in the best spot on the beach, across from the beach kiosks. There are six suites (all with double beds and spring mattresses), a pool with shallow and deep ends and an infinity edge, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a steam room. The living area consists of four interconnected spaces: a dining room, living room, TV room, and a small children’s playroom. All rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The kitchen is modern and spacious, with two refrigerators and fully equipped. The house has a sound system integrated into three rooms with BOSE speakers. The TV room features a 55" TV with cable and a pay-TV app. The house also has Wi-Fi and wired internet, with a speed of 400 MB via fibre optics. There are 6 suites in total, three of which have king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. Of the two single suites, one room has five beds (a fold-out bed and a triple bunk bed), and the other room has three beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. All suites have split-system air conditioning, ceiling fans, and closets. All rooms have a television with a pay-TV app. The house is perfect for families with children, babies, and seniors.

The house has three staff members: a cook, a housekeeper/maid, and a caretaker, who also serves as a driver. They are paid separately from the rental fee. The total daily rate for the three staff members is 750 reais per day, and includes the day of arrival and the day of departure; in other words, two nights are equivalent to three daily rates. Hiring the staff is mandatory. Payment is made directly to them on the last day of the rental. The caretaker’s duties include acting as a driver to go out and buy (using his own car) whatever items the guests may need. It’s well worth taking advantage of this convenience, since every time you go out, you lose an average of 50 minutes of precious time.

Guests are charged for water consumption at a rate of 50 reais per 1,000 litres consumed. This rule applies to rentals after November 18, 2025.

If guests wish to monitor their water usage, they may ask the caretaker to show them the water metre (located inside the house) or provide a photo of the metre reading.
