Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn hot tub down to 95 degrees, put chemicals inside and cover.
Set thermostat to 65 degrees (Oct. - April).
Remove garbage and put in garbage can outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
